Easier than making coffee!

It's both incredibly simple and fast! In no time you will have a Matcha much better than in your coffee shop. The first question to ask yourself is how do you want to enjoy your Matcha? In Latte (with milk), as is the fashion at the moment With water, as the Japanese traditionally do!

Matcha, and a little water.

Put 1 nice spoonful of Matcha in your bowl (between 2 and 5g depending on your preference). Barely cover it with a little water at room temperature or cold.

Make a dough

Turn the bamboo whisk in the bowl without pressing on it (otherwise it will be damaged). The Matcha and water will combine and form a smooth paste, without lumps.

It already smells good!

Emulsify

Now add a little more water to the smooth dough. Whisk it until it becomes foamy! No need to complicate things, just quick back and forth movements in a straight line with the whisk are enough.

Mix with milk

Add as much regular or plant-based milk as you like! Hot or iced, it will be delicious either way.

We always recommend Oat Milk for Matcha : it brings out the flavors much better than regular milk.

If you like, you can add a little sweetness and amplify the flavors with sugar, maple syrup or honey.
