Welcome to the world of Matcha Botanicals, where every sip of our matcha tells a story of passion, dedication and an unwavering commitment to quality. Our mission goes beyond simply offering a product; we invite you to enjoy an experience that extends beyond the traditional boundaries of tea. Discover why we prioritise exceptional quality over an organic label alone.

Our Story: A Legacy of Quality

Matcha Botanicals was born from an uncompromising dedication to quality at every stage of our process. Our continuous pursuit of excellence is driven by the joy of bringing you exceptional products that redefine your matcha experience. We innovate while remaining rooted in centuries-old techniques, creating a range of products that sets new standards of excellence.

A Unique Partnership: Cultivating Excellence

What sets us apart is our exclusive partnership with family-run farms with centuries of experience, ensuring consistently exceptional quality. This unique relationship allows us to produce outstanding matcha independently of the constraints of the wider market. As the first consumers of our own products, we ensure an uninterrupted chain of quality from the soil to your cup.

Quality Over Labels: A Bold Choice

We have made the bold choice to prioritise quality over certification alone. Although our matcha does not carry the EU organic label, it is certified according to the respected Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS), reflecting our dedication to authenticity and quality while remaining aligned with traditional Japanese farming methods.

JAS Certification: A Mark of Authenticity

JAS certification reflects our commitment to meeting Japan’s organic standards and ensuring a product cultivated without synthetic agricultural chemicals. This choice demonstrates our determination to follow standards that align with the true essence of our matcha and to offer quality that extends beyond a label alone.

Testing for Excellence: An Ongoing Commitment

Our commitment to excellence is also reflected in our state-of-the-art laboratory, where our matcha is meticulously tested every year. This continuous monitoring ensures that our matcha not only meets but exceeds our quality standards.
